Aktionstages


International protest against IC Company and Peak Performance.

As already mentioned on this list, the huge Scandinavian clothing giant
IC Company have anounced that they will tear up their anti-fur policy
and start selling fur this autumn. Protests have been held in many
cities and today protests will be held all over Scandinavia plus
Germany, Canada etc. Under the ICC umbrella lies brands and stores like
Peak Performance, InWear, Jackpot, Tiger of Sweden, Cottonfield,
Matinique, Part Two, Saint Tropez, By Malene Birger, Soaked in Luxury
and Designers Remix Collection. The biggest brand is Peak Performance
with shops all over the world and therefor they are the main target of
the campaign. Tiger of Sweden and InWear has already gone against the
desition of IC Company and said that they will remain fur free - we ask
that Peak Performance does the same.

If you are not already planing to hit the streets for protests, please
send the abusers a few (as in many) emails to make sure that their
mailboxes are full when they return on monday. Also please spread the
addresses and ask other activists to join. To keep a heavy preassure on
them this weekend is very important.
