Da kann man nur sagen: Es ist nicht Aufgabe einer Sparkasse oder Landesbank Atommüll zu subventionieren.Aufgabe von staatlichen und kommunalen Betrieben ist die Förderung kleiner und mittlerer Betriebe.Lokale und regionale Strukturen sollen gestärkt werden.

->Selbstverstorgung
->Ökoproduktion
->Alternativenergien
->Arbeitsplatzbeschaffung durch Infrastrukturprojekte
->lokale kleinkraftwerke(z.b. Wasserkraft und Erdwärme).
->Kreislaufwirtschaft
